Well, here comes another camping adventure... BUT! Eglar goes to an amusement park this time!
Well we left Saturday afternoon to Pennsylvania... We went there at least one other time in an adventure, but I can't remember which one.
Eglar has to take a pit stop about half way there.
Gertrude makes fun of Eglar about his rest stop all the rest of the way there.
Here's a pic of that awesome hut that was also in that previous adventure. I'm glad that it wasn't torn down or anything over the last year.
Here they are at the campsite.
Dinner time... larchic is in the background! Gertrude doesn't eat people food anymore. He only eats whole wheat grains twice a day to keep his cholesterol down.
After dinner we go for a walk... Obviously my little brother doesn't eat whole wheat grain twice a day... it looks like he eats turkey.
After dinner they played hot potato with Eglar... Then Gertrude joined in... Obviously he was too small for this game
Gertrude also was told that if he sleeps upside down it will keep his blood pressure down (hes become a health freak since his debut in Eglar's adventure. He wants to live along time with all his fame from this site.)
The next day Eglar has some Reese's for breakfast... Reese's for breakfast?! I was like wow! Ok enough of the commercial remake in Eglar's Adventures... wouldn't want copyright problems...
After breakfast, Eglar and Gertrude go to the Living Treasures Animal Park. I think Eglar may have been there before. Can't remember. But anyhow this is just on the way there...
And so was this old guy on his porch
Now we are at the place.
Eglar sees a zebra...
A moo cow...
And Gertrude feeds a camel!
I think its still hungry...
Eglar hopes that the alligator ISN'T though...
Gertrude rides a turtle... I doubt he would be allowed to do this if there was any staff around.
Gertrude thought that this chicken was like highly attractive or something... so he took a picture.
At the gift shop Eglar checked out all the bling they were selling... But they were like really junky, so he didn't buy any.
McDonalds for lunch...
When we get back we see this awesome custom RV/Semi hah!
Looks like it might rain...
But luckily it didn't. So we eat dinner outside. Gertrude had a "snack" as he tells me, but I think he ate more like a whole meal. I think all the good food in this vacation was getting to him.
The next day... It was raining...The day we were gonna go to the amusement park...
But we decided we would go and Gertrude flys in joy and excitement!
But he crashed into something and twisted his ankle
He decided he wouldn't go with us cause his leg hurt so badly :(
The rain started to let up a bit!
So we left for the park. Eglar is at the park entrance right now... unfortunately it was raining hard again.
So we pass the day at Denny's and hope the rain would let up!
Eglar ordered some fish sandwhich thing.
But after lunch... IT STOPPED RAINING! So we go to Idlewilde amusement park. Here's Eglar in the parking lot.
Eglar's riding didn't get off to the best start, but he still enjoyed The Howler, even with the bruises and scrapes.
Then he rides a more tame ride... The Ferris Wheel.
Eglar walks the park and decides his next ride...
He found it...
The Roller Coaster! Eglar went no hands the whole time!
Soon after that we take a lunch break. Eglar has a sandwich.
After lunch we went to the water park, and I couldn't take an pics there due to water, but after that we got on the park train to take us to a different part of the park
Eglar sees this sign... hes like... "Yeah Right!"
Stinking trouble-maker... Pulled me into his ways and antics...

Its King Friday XIII !!!!
After Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, we rode a bunch of other rides, but soon it is time to leave. And here's Eglar in the parking lot... At night.
When we get back we see Gertrude once again going against his diet!!! Eating like all of our Maruchan instant lunch!!
Eglar lectures Gertrude about self control and all that, and then he explains about the visit to Idlewilde.
Gertrude was exhausted from all the food he ate, so he went to bed... he didn't even hang upside down, what the hecks wrong with him!?
Eglar sat around the fire for awhile.
Then he made some Maruchan!
But its Eglar's bedtime now, so he says goodnight.
Then next day we pack up the camper...
And head for home.
And what would an Eglar adventure be withough a picture of a trucker for no apparent reason.
And so ends

On August 6th through August 9th, Eglar ooooonce again... Goes camping. But this time theres a new twist. We went to an amusement park. Eglar rode some rides and all sorts of stuff. In this adventure Gertrude returns for his second debut in an adventure. He was last in Adventure 4: Eglar's 2nd Awesome Camping Trip Adventure, where he (of course) when camping with Eglar.
